Though Andrew has been teaching golf for a decade, he joined Bob Kramer’s Golf Academy in early 2010 after a successful term at White Manor Country Club in Malvern Pennsylvania. While there, Andrew had the opportunity to learn and study Bob’s teaching philosophy. He found that Bob’s principles were a key ingredient in creating an environment that fostered positive reinforcement and a sense of appreciation for the game.
As a former Division II player at Eckerd College, Andrew conveys a true sense of understanding for player development as he himself transformed from a beginner to a champion. His distinguished career as a student-athlete makes him an excellent resource for showing juniors how to achieve a balance between education and a high level of competition. Regardless of age or skill set, Andrew has been credited with developing a unique understanding of interpersonal qualities that assure successful teacher-student relationships.
He brings his own playing background, years of teaching experience, education as a PGA Level 2 Apprentice and love for the game to Bob Kramer’s Golf Academy.
Testimonials:
“I have taken lessons from Andrew and his style of teaching has been extremely beneficial to me and to other members at White Manor. Andrew has taken me from an index of over 30 in the 2008 season to a current 19.4. I find his instruction logical and easy to understand and retain (retain being the key).”
~Susan Hollenstein
“Andrew significantly helped the process of understanding what was to be expected as a collegiate player as I transitioned from high school. His personal experiences put everything into perspective; he was truly a great resource.

Kayla Williams, Hampton College
“Andrew has done great things teaching my son, Cole. He has a great manner and really emphasized fundamentals in a way that Cole could understand and practice on his own. In a very short time, Cole really improved in all aspects of his game and won the 9 Hole Junior Club Championship at our club. Without his time with Andrew, there is no way this would have happened. I am pretty sure Cole will be beating me before I am ready!
